Have you ever looked at a calendar and suddenly realized that your HOA dues are due that day? Or worse yet, that it was due a few days ago and that it was now late? With online payments, these concerns are a thing of the past. Simply hop on your computer and in just a few minutes, your dues are paid! Or remove all doubt and schedule a payment in advance so your dues are paid automatically.
There are three ways to make your HOA payment...
Online Payment Via eCheck or Credit Card (one time & recurring options)
How does it work? You can set up a one time payment or a recurring payment using eCheck for FREE!! You can also use a Credit Card to make a payment but be advised that Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover card will have a FEE.
What do I need to do? Simply follow the directions below:
First - Get the information you will need to set up your payment which is the Management Co ID, Association ID and your Account Number (This information is given below).
Second- Log in to https://cabpayments.mutualofomahabank.com/ (NOTE: you will need some information below to be able to log in)

Select the "Pay by Online Bill Pay" option and follow the instructions.
(If you want to pay via credit/debit card, select the "Pay by Card" option. *There will be a convenience fee if you pay via a credit card.
Pick a date for your payment to be processed, Make sure it is before your due date! The information you will need is your Management Co ID, your Association ID and your Account number.

Property Account #: Your HOA Account # can be found on your statement (If you can't find your account number feel free to call our office and we would be happy to give it to you. CORE COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT - 801-938-4022).
Your Banks Online Bill-Pay
How does it work? Set up your HOA as a payee with your banks online banking bill-pay.
What do I need to do? Please complete or change your bill-pay setup exactly as follows:
• Payee: NAME OF YOUR HOA
• Address 1: c/o Core Community Management
• Address 2: PO Box 802
• City: Draper State: UT Zip: 84020
• Account Number/Reference Number: Your Homeowner Account Number. If you don't know your account number write in your address
If you choose to pay via on-line bill pay, be sure you set your payment to be mailed at least 10 days before the grace period ends or your payment will likely arrive and post late.
Option 3: US Mail
How does it work? You write a check and mail it in every time your assessment is due and hope it arrives before the grace period ends to avoid a late fee/interest. Your assessments are always due on the 1st of the month.
What do I need to do? Write a check payable to your homeowner’s association and mail it along with your payment coupon to the address listed on the coupon. Important: Please ALWAYS write your homeowner account number and address on the check.
